  1. 12 ozSkinless, boneless chicken breast
  2. 3 cupbread crumbs
  3. 1 1/2 cupparmesan cheese, grated
  4. 3/4 cupbutter, melted
  5. 21 ozgarlic cheese spread

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Pound chicken breasts until thinned out.

  3. 3

    In a shallow dish or mixing bowl mix together bread crumbs and cheese

  4. 4

    Dip one side of each breast into butter then into crumb mixture

  5. 5

    Place a dollop of cheese spread at one end of breast on a plain side.

  6. 6

    Roll up breast and secure with toothpick

  7. 7

    Place on greased baking dish drizzle any remaining butter over all.

  8. 8

    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes
