Ingredients

  • 3 lbchuck roast
  • 1jar pepperoncini (optional)
  • 1 packagesau jus gravy mix, dry
  • 1 packagesranch seasoning mix, dry
  • 4 tbspbutter, unsalted
  • 1/4 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Add everything to a crock pot

  2. 2

    Cook on low for 8 hrs

  3. 3

    Shred and serve with the gravy. I put it on rolls like Italian beef
