Ingredients

  1. 3 lbchuck roast
  2. 1jar pepperoncini (optional)
  3. 1 packagesau jus gravy mix, dry
  4. 1 packagesranch seasoning mix, dry
  5. 4 tbspbutter, unsalted
  6. 1/4 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Add everything to a crock pot

  2. 2

    Cook on low for 8 hrs

  3. 3

    Shred and serve with the gravy. I put it on rolls like Italian beef
