  1. 2 lbNeckbones
  2. salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley flakes, old bay seasoning
  3. 1small onion, sliced
  4. hot sauce
  5. 5 tbspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add water to a pan. About 1/4 full.

  2. 2

    Season the water with all the ingredients except the neckbones!

    Rinse the neckbones and add them to the pan.

    Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

  5. 5

    Season the neckbones with all the seasonings and hot sauce to taste.

    Cook for about 2 and a half hours.

  7. 7

    Enjoy and try not to fight over the leftovers!!

  8. 8

    NOTE: I used chooped onion but I suggest using an actual onion. It just taste better.

I made this once before but did a crockpot version just as good. Yummy my boyfriend and I loved it
