  1. 4pork chops
  2. 1bottle Dona Maria mole paste
  3. 1/2 cuphoney
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 1 tbspground red pepper
  6. 2 1/2 tspground coriander
  7. 2 tspgarlic powder
  8. 2 tsponion powder
  9. 1/2 tspground white pepper
  10. 1/3 tspcinnamon
  11. 1large pinch salt

    Heat mole paste, water, cinnamon, and honey is a small sauce pan. Whisk.

  2. 2

    Toss chops with enough oil to coat. Season. Sear in a large oven-safe saute pan. Sear one side and flip over. After very briefly searing the other side, pour mole over the chops and finish in a 350° oven for approximately 10 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness.
