Ingredients

  • 2 lbhamburger
  • 10crushed Ritz Crackers
  • 1/2 cupketchup
  • 5good shakes Texas Pete hot sauce (or more..I like more)
  • 1garlic salt to taste
  • 1ground black pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix hamburger, Ritz, ketchup, and Texas Pete well, but try not to over work it.

  2. 2

    Form into patties.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle both sides of the patties generously with garlic salt and black pepper.

  4. 4

    Place the hamburger patties in the fridge for a couple of hours before grilling.

  5. 5

    Grill them up!
