Mix carrot, julienne cucumber, and cabbage. Add mayonnaise and black pepper and pinch of salt and mix it.

Now do assembling. Place on bread slice. Spread butter. Sprinkle black pepper. Put cheese slice. Spread mayonnaise mixture. Again put cheese slice and bread and repeat for another layer.

Cut sandwich in four pieces.
