Steps

Put the meat on a sufuria/ pan and add the cooking oil to deep fry for about 5 minutes

Add chopped onions, garlic and pepper to fry for another 5 minutes

Add tomatoes and salt in the mixture and cover for 2 minutes until they are mushy, then put the chopped capsicum to continue cooking

Sprinkle dhania on top stir the mixture and remove from heat
- 5
Ready to be served with rice, ugali or chapatti
