Ingredients

  • 1 cupMoong Dal
  • 1/2 kgMaida
  • 1 tspajwain
  • 1 tbsproasted til
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook dal. And give a steam to maida. Uske baad chhan lijiye.

  2. 2

    Usme red chilli powder aur turmeric, with ajwain, salt, til mix karein.

  3. 3

    Stiff dough banane ke liye jitna pani lagega utna add karein.

  4. 4

    Chakli ke dispencer se chakli pehle paper or plate par bana le.

  5. 5

    Uske baad bade flat bartan main dono side se fry karle.

  6. 6

    Thanda karke khaye
