1/4 stickchorizo
2 cupcooked rice
3eggs

Heat and fully Cook chorizo in pan

Add rice and set heat lower. Stir

After rice is blended in and heated a little add the eggs and cook fully

Garnish with pico De Gallo salsa :)

I also added a spicier paste salsa into the cooking chorizo for more spice. Optional
