Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupmargarine, softened
  2. 1/2 cupgranulated sugar
  3. 1/2 cuplight brown sugar
  4. 1 largeegg
  5. 1/2 cupcreamy peanut butter
  6. 1 tspvanilla extract
  7. 1 1/4 cupall-purpose flour
  8. 1 tspbaking soda
  9. 1/2 cupmini chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    In a large bowl cream butter and both sugars.

  3. 3

    Add peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Cream together for 4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add flour and baking soda. Beat on low for 1 minute or until completely mixed.

  5. 5

    Fold in mini chocolate chips. ( add more if u like more chocolate)

    Drop by heaping tablespoon onto parchment lined cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.

    Bake 8-12 minutes or until dessired doneness..

    Let cool on baking sheet for 3 minutes or until they firm up then transfer to wire rack for cooling.

    Serve and enjoy!

    Makes about 24 larger sized cookies.

Wonderfully cookie recipe just added a dash of salt and half milk chocolate chips and half mini reeses pieces very good thanks
