Steps

Bake the potatoes (Aloo) in the steamer and peel the skin and cut into pieces.

In a frying pan fry the dals, red chillies, coriander seeds without oil with salt.
- 3
In a mixer grinder make it into fine powder which are fried.
- 4
In a big pan add oil, allow mustard to crack and add the potatoes.
- 5
Add the fine powder and fry it with curry leaves.
- 6
Aloo fry is ready to taste.
