Ingredients

  1. chili rellenos
  2. 1 cup2% milk
  3. 1can green Chiles
  4. 4eggs
  5. 1large block of Monterey Jack cheese
  6. 1small block of cheddar cheese
  7. 1/4 tspnature seasons
  8. 5 tbspmild salsa

Steps

  1. 1

    Roll jack cheese in chilies and set in glass baking dish.

  2. 2

    Combine eggs ,nature season, & milk in blender.blend for about 30 seconds. And pour over chilies

  3. 3

    Bake in pre heated oven for about 20 min. @ 350°F. Or until the top has a little Brown on it.

  4. 4

    Take out let set for about 5 min. Put salsa on top. ( not to much as it will make it watery. Put Jack and cheddar on top and put back in until the cheese had browned a little or about 15 min.
