This is a very delicious Arabic snack that most likes, especially children, as an evening one.

Mix the first set of ingredients together until it forms a soft dough and place the mixture in an oiled bowl for approx 2 hours to rise to its double size. You may add little bit warm water as needed also to make the dough softer.

Meanwhile, boil sugar with water in a sauce pan for approx 15 minutes to make the sugar syrup.

Make dough in to small ball shapes and stuff with cream cheese. Place balls in to an oiled baking pan next to each other starting from the center of the pan. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top. Keep the pan covered for 30 minutes with wet cloth to set the mixture.

Preheat the oven 180 degrees and start baking until the bread become golden brown and remove from the oven. Immediately pour the sugar syrup and cover with foil to let it rest for 5 minutes. Now this is ready to serve.
