Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsesame seed
  2. 1/2 cupdried shredded coconut
  3. 1/2 cupflaxseed meal
  4. 1/2 cuptahini
  5. 1/4 cupcoconut oil
  6. 1/3 cupmaple syrup
  7. 1 tspvanilla extract
  8. 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all dry ingredients into a big bowl, mix well

  2. 2

    Add all remaining ingredients and mix well

  3. 3

    Pleas firmly into a square pan.

  4. 4

    Put into the freezer for about an hour

  5. 5

    Take out, cut into bars.

  6. 6

    Keep in the fridge.
