Luscious Brownie Cream Cake with Nut Crunch

I serve this for special occassions as a dessert. I have also halved the recipe successfully and baked it in a 9" x 13" pan and cut it into squares.

I serve this for special occassions as a dessert. I have also halved the recipe successfully and baked it in a 9" x 13" pan and cut it into squares.

Cake: Mix all ingredients together and bake on a greased cookie sheet on 350 for 45 minutes. Allow cake to cool.

Chocolate Cream: Cream all ingredients together.

Decorate: Once the cake has cooled, using round cookie cutters cut out approximately 18 circles. Roll the sides in the chocolate cream and then in the crunch or cookie crumbs... Place a dollop of cherry pie filling on the top. Optional: Using whipped topping pipe little rosettes around the cherry pie filling.
