Put sliced strawberries & blueberries in a dish. Put sugar on them . Stir. Let set for about 1 hour.

Meanwhile mix instant pudding & milk together. When it thickens up. Add thawed whip topping. Mix together.

You can use any size container you like.Start with pudding mixture, put some on bottom, then berries. Continue till you reach the top of your container.Finish with berries on top. Keep in the refrigerator.
