  1. 7boiled eggs
  2. breadcrumbs
  3. 6sausages
  4. deep frying eggs
  5. 3egg

Steps

45min - 1 hr
  1. 1

    Beat the eggs in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Unshell the boiled eggs then coat with sausages.

  3. 3

    Dip in the eggs and coat again in the breadcrumbs.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a frying pan and dip coated eggs.

  5. 5

    Fry till golden brown. Do not fry for long

  6. 6

    Repeat the whole process to the rest of the boiled eggs

  7. 7

    Cut to in to halves. Serve
