Clean all your veggies carefully and and boil your sweet potato for 10 minutes until it's slightly soft.

In a separate pot, hit the pan and add ginger, garlic, and olive oil and fry for 3 minutes, add the spices and fry for two more minutes,

Add mince meat and carrots and fry for additional 10 minutes in a medium heat.

Then open a space in the middle of your hot pan where you will aggregate your butter flour and milk and cook stir gently with the rest of ingredients.

Let it fry for 5 minutes and add your sweet potato. Serve hot or cold and enjoy
