  2. 100 gramsspinach
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1onion
  5. 1/4 gramscooking oil

    Wash the tomatoes and onion

    Chop the onion

  3. 3

    Cut the tomatoes

  4. 4

    Cut the spinach

  5. 5

    Fry the onions to golden yellow

  6. 6

    Add the tomatoes and stir

  7. 7

    Add the spinach and stir to cook until it is ready

  8. 8

    Boil the water

  9. 9

    Add the floor

  10. 10

    Mix the floor with water until it is ready
