1 eachwhite onion
salt and pepper
1 tspground cumin
1 tspcayenne pepper
1 eachorange zest from 1 whole orange
1 eachorange juice (use the one from the zest)
vegetable oil

Put oil on medium heat and caramelized the onions bout 5 minutes or so until golden brown

Add the shredded pork and the rest of the ingredients and cook for bout 30 minutes. Enjoy
