Ingredients

40 mins
  • 1 lbslow roasted pork shredded
  • 1 eachwhite onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tspground cumin
  • 1 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1 eachorange zest from 1 whole orange
  • 1 eachorange juice (use the one from the zest)
  • vegetable oil

    Julianne the onion first

  2. 2

    Put oil on medium heat and caramelized the onions bout 5 minutes or so until golden brown

  3. 3

    Add the shredded pork and the rest of the ingredients and cook for bout 30 minutes. Enjoy
