Put the boiled pieces of meat in a clean sufuria

Put low heat.add oil.then stir till golden brown.

Add chopped onions,grounded garlic,and one teaspoon of pilau masala.stir until golden brown.then add 15g of tomatoe paste and half a cup of water.

Stir untill it turns to red paste.add salt to taste.

Add 4 cups of water into the mix

When it has boiled add the 500g wished rice and stir

Once there's no water in the mixture remove from the cooker.

Serve with kachumbari
