1/2 cupHellmann's Caesar real,light or reduced mayo
1/4 cupMilk
1/4 cupParmesan cheese
2 tbspLemon juice or vinegar
1 tbspDijon mustard (I omit this ingredient sometimes)
1 cloveGarlic, crushed (I use 1-3)
1/4 tspPepper

whisk all ingredients together.

cover and chill till ready to serve.

make a salad of 1 head romaine,, 2 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon and 1/2 cup of dressing.

garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh ground pepper.

dressing stores for 1 week in fridge
