Ingredients

45 mins
  1. 1 1/2 lbfrozen hash brown thaw
  2. 1/2 cupmargarine melted
  3. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  4. 1 can(large can or 2 small cans) cream of chicken soup
  5. dashgarlic powder
  6. salt and pepper
  7. 2 cupgrated cheese
  8. 3/4 cupcut cooked bacon

45 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 350°F. Spray (you can use butter) large baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.  Combine bacon, soup, margarine, salt, pepper, garlic, onions and cheese.

    Gently mix in the potatoes and pour into prepared pan or dish.

    Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes. May need a little longer cook time. Make sure it's nice and brown,

I've been looking for a recipe that doesn't have eggs in it (my husband won't eat eggs!), I never thought to use COC soup! I will try this tomorrow for breakfast!
