  • 32onz cooked chickpeas
  • 2 tbsptahini paste (sesame seeds)
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • 2or 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsppapikra
  • 1 pinchof salt
  • 1Water as needed (approx 4 onz)
  • 3 tbspExtra virgin olive oil

    Process all ingredients in a blender, saving 1/4 cup of chickpeas to top the hummus. Sizzle with olive oil.
