  1. 5boneless country pork ribs
  2. 2/3 cupmerlot
  3. 1 tbsprosemary; minced
  4. 3/4 tspthyme; minced
  5. 1 tsponion powder
  6. 1 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1/2 tspground celery seed
  8. 1 pinchsalt and peppercorn melange
  9. 1vegetable oil; as needed

    Marinate pork in merlot overnight.

  2. 2

    Pat dry. Coat ribs with enough oil to cover. Season with herbs and spices. Grill a few minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
