Preheat oven to 160°F celcius

Place chicken pieces in single layer in baking dish and marinate in vinegar, oregano, prunes, olives, capers and bayleaves for a while.

When ready to cook, add whitewine and brown sugar.

Bake, turning chicken from time to time for 1 - 2 hours, till chicken is tender and nicely browned
