  1. ● For The Meatloaf
  2. 2 lb80/20 Ground Beef
  3. 2 CupsPanko Bread Crumbs
  4. 1/2 cupFresh Minced Onion Or 1/3 cup Dehydrated
  5. 1/2 cupWhole Milk
  6. 2large Eggs
  7. 1 tspSalt
  8. 1/3 tspBlack Pepper
  9. 1/2 tspGarlic Powder
  10. 1/2 tspOnion Powder
  11. 1 packageMcCormick Meatloaf Seasoning

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. 2

    Mix everything in the Meatloaf section together well and pack into a meatloaf pan. Packing your beef tightly is essential to retaining its moisture. Also, pack meat in a clear meatloaf pan, if possible, so you can see any air gaps and press/fill them in.

    Bake for 1 1/2 hours.

    Pull from oven, drain any grease from pan and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

    Serve with mashed potatoes, gravy and buttered corn.

    Enjoy!

My culinary specialties as an easy going Chef include Asian, Mexican, Cajun, BBQing, Grilling, Irish Pub food, Low Country foods, anything seafood related, extra spicy foods, fresh meat, extra fresh vegetables, US comfort, kid friendly and super fast, quick and easy foods.
