Ingredients

  1. 3 pieceCod fish sole
  2. 3garlic cloves
  3. 2eggs
  4. 2 tbspcornstarch
  5. 2 pinchsalt and pepper
  6. 3 tbspvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Crack eggs, add cornstarch, salt and pepper into eggs. Beat eggs.

    Dry fillet and cut into pieces (about 1 inch per piece)

    Add fillet to egg mixture.

  4. 4

    Add oil in pan. Cook about 10 pieces of fish in pan at a time depending the size of the pan.

    Cook each side for 5 mins. Flip the fish nuggets after 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve until fish filets turn golden brown and crispy.
