Steps

Sift together All Purpose Flour, Cocoa Powder, pinch of Salt, Baking Powder & Baking Soda in a large bowl.

Take Eggs & Butter / Vegetable Oil in a large bowl and whisk well till it's smooth. Add Caster Sugar & whisk well.

Now melt the 250 gms Chocolate in microwave & add to the egg mixture. Whisk well.

Now add the dry ingredients (step 1) to this egg mixture, portion by portion & continue whisking. Make sure there are no lumps. Add a little room temperature milk, if the mixture is too thick.

Now put this mixture in a round baking dish & bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 20-30 mins. Keep doing the toothpick test to confirm.

Now for the icing, take Fresh Cream in a bowl & add Caster Sugar. Whip well. Add Melted Chocolate to it & whip to desired consistency.

Take out the cake once fully cooked. Let it cool down for a few mins & then take out of the baking dish. Evenly apply the icing all over. Garnish with chopped Almonds. Keep in refrigerator for 20 mins to set. Serve as u like.
