  1. 2 cupblack beans, canned or cooked and rinsed
  2. 2 tbspolive oil
  3. 1 mediumonion
  4. 1green pepper
  5. 1yellow, orange or red pepper
  6. 2 cuprice
  7. 1 tbspchili powder
  8. 1.25 cups tomato paste
  9. 1.5 tsp cayenne powder
  10. 1.5 tsp celery salt
  11. 1.5 tsp paprika
  12. 1 tspsiriachi sauce
  13. 1 stalkcelery
  14. 3 mediumtomatoes
  15. 1 tspcumin
  16. 3 clovegarlic

Cooking Instructions

    Put rice and 3 cups water in rice cooker.

  2. 2

    Put olive oil and chopped onion, celery and garlic in a sauce pan and saute until vegetables are translucent. Add black beans and spices. Simmer in the pan for about 20 minutes to 40 minutes until the beans and vegetables blend together.

    Serve with rice. Adjust seasonings to taste as desired. If you prefer a milder dish just add less and if you prefer it spicy add some more.
