I got some zucchini at the store, and it seemed to be good idea to put peeper in it.

Shave zucchini on a mandolin, then julienne.

Melt butter in a sauce pot. Crush pepper in a mortar. When butter begins to bubble, add pepper.

Toast pepper until you can smell it, then add julienne zucchini.

Cook over medium, stirring often, until zucchini become translucent. Serve, and garnish with grated Parmesan.
