Ingredients

  1. 1 tspOf Olive Oil
  2. 1/2 mediumOnion
  3. 14 ozOf Ragu Pizza Sauce
  4. 2 cloveOf Garlic
  5. 1 pinchOf Salt
  6. 4 largePortabello Mushrooms
  7. 1 packagesOf Mozzarella

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan.

  2. 2

    Chop up the onion into small pieces and add it to the pan and stir until it's slightly brown.

  3. 3

    Then dice up the garlic cloves and add them to the pan and saute with the pizza sauce.

  4. 4

    Add a pinch of salt and stir until thick then preheat the oven to 400°F.

  5. 5

    Spray olive oil on a baking sheet and place the portabello mushrooms with (stems removed and inside cleaned out) empty side up, place mushrooms in oven for 10min.

  6. 6

    Remove from oven, add the mixed ingredients from the sauce pan into each mushroom then top with cheese and place back in oven 5 to 15min.

  7. 7

    Cheese should be Melted and you should be able to stick the tip of a knife in and out of the side of the mushrooms with no resistance.
