Panela is raw unrefined sugar. Has so many health benefits and it's delicious. In Columbia this is always served on chilly cold days. And also as a remedy to treat colds. And a good Colombian never forgets to drop there piece of cheese in his cup!

Put the water to boil in a pot.

When the water starts boiling you add the Panela cut into chunks and wait till it all melts.

When its all melted and with a nice brown color add the juice of the limes.

Cut your cheese into 1 inche square pieces.
- 5
Serve immediately and 2 pieces of cheese to each cup. Let the cheese melt and enjoy :)
