Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupBrown sugar
  2. 1/2 cupButter
  3. 1Egg
  4. 1 cupSour milk
  5. 2 cupFlour
  6. 1 tspBaking soda
  7. 2 cupChopped rhubarb

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat brown sugar, butter and egg together

  2. 2

    Add milk, flour, soda and mix

  3. 3

    Stir in chopped rhubarb

  4. 4

    Pour ingredients into a 9 x 13 pan

  5. 5

    Mix brown sugar and cinnamon into a separate bowl, then crumble onto top of cake

  6. 6

    Preheat oven to 350 and cook for 35 minutes or until done
