Divide the egg white from the eggs.

In a pan add the unsalted butter and when is hot add the egg whites. Sprinkle the salt and pepper.

Once is set on that side turn it and when is half way done put the slice of cheese and turkey ham on one side and flip the other side so you can close it. Wait a few minutes and put it on a plate and decore with the fresh basil. Enjoy with bacon and toast or with whatever you like :)
