Instant Masala Kachori

Add maida, ajwain, Kalaunji,oil/ghee & salt in a mixing bowl.

Add some water & knead tight dough for Kachori. Rest it for 15 minutes.

Heat Kadhai. Add 3-4 tsp oil. Add besan & Suji. Saute until slight brown. Add all dry spices. Saute all for 1 minute. Switch off gas. Rest it until cool.

Knead dough for 1-2 minute. Roll dough & cut into 1-1/2 Inch pieces.

Now apply oil on working surface. Roll it like thick puri. Fill 2 tsp Besan mixture.

Seal Kachori using water. Now roll it lightly with roller pin or press with your palm for flatten.

Heat oil in a Kadhai on medium flame. Slide Kachori in hit oil. Deep fry these Kachories on slow to medium flame until golden brown & crispy.

Transfer on kitchen towel. Make hole in center. Pour tamarind chutney, green chutney, curd, & sev bhujia. Instant Masala Kachori is ready to serve.
