Prepared the mava

Chhena and mava are ready to prepared.

Mix some chhena mix mava on dryfruits,add a pinch of keshar colour.

Mix150gm.chhena with 250gm.mava.take a ball size of the mixture stuff the dry fruits and round it.

Deep fry the kalajam

Deep with sugar syrup

Divide the chhena into some medium size ball

Take one ball flate it and stuff the kalajam and cover it.

Stuff chhena ball is ready.

Now boild the rosgola with sugar syrup.

Now ready the kalajam stuff rosgola.
