  • 1ptta ghobhi barik kti huyi
  • 1potato grated
  • 1/2 bowl grated paneer
  • 4 tablespooncornflour
  • according to taste.salt & black pepper
  • as needed.oil for frying
  • For gravy..
  • 1onion long kta huya
  • 1 spoonginger garlic and chilli paste
  • .2 tablespooncornflour pani me ghula huya
  • 2 table spoonsoya sause
  • .2 table spoonchilli sause
  • according to taste.salt and black pepper
  • as needed.oil
  • as needed.water use if needed

    Sari veggies and masalo ko katkr ready kar le

    Ab ghobhi potato or pneer ko mix karein or thoda sa part alg kar le manchurian gravy bnane ke liye

    Isme salt,black pepper and corn flour add kar ke manchurian balls readykre

    Ab hot oil me deep fry kar le...balls ready hai

    Gravy ke liye oil me onion dale hlka gulabi hone par gingr garlic paste dale

  6. 6

    Ab hmne jo veggies rakhi thi wo add karein or soft hone tak cvr kar ke pakayein

  7. 7

    Ab cornflour ka pani me ghol bnakr mix karein sath hi soya sause and chilli sause add karein

  8. 8

    Agr gravy thick lage to pani dal le...ab swadanusar salt and black pepper add karein

  9. 9

    Gravy ready hai...serve krte tym balls rakhkr unpr gravy dale....or hot serve karein
