Boil half litre of milk and curdle it with sour curd.

Add the remaining milk to another pan and reduce it to half.

Once it is reduced to half add chenna and cook until it is reduced to 1/4th.

Now add milkmaid and cook for 2-3 minutes

Add sugar and cook till it is in the consistency of burfi.

Kalaknd is ready.

Now cut bread with cookie cutter in heart shape and deep fry them.

Add kalakand to it, garnish with dry chopped nuts.
