Wash and peel the carrots and grate them

Take a pressure cooker add milk and grated carrots and give a whistle

In a kadhai heat desi ghee and shallow fry all chopped dry fruits and keep a side

In the same ghee add carrots and milk mixture...you will see that carrots have become soft.

Now on a sim flame let it cook for around 20 minutes

When you see the whole milk has dried....add sugar and stirr well.

Now add cardamom powder and bit of dry fruits and mix well

Transfer the halwa in some bowl and garnish with dry fruits.

Yummy gajar ka halwa is ready to eat.
