Mix the flour with the yeast, powdered milk, and sugar.

Add the 1/2 cup oil and knead well.

Knead with warm water until you get a smooth dough, then let it rise.

After the dough has risen, divide it into balls.

Fill each ball with the feta and parsley mixture, then seal well.

Brush the tops with an egg mixed with a pinch of instant coffee, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) until the bottoms are golden. Then turn on the broiler to brown the tops.
