Ingredients

6 servings
  • 16 ozpackage of angel hair pasta
  • 3chicken breasts
  • 2garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 canartichoke hearts, drained and chopped ** not the marinated kind
  • 3/4 cupchicken broth
  • 1 tspcreole seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    cook pasta per package directions

  2. 2

    slice chicken and saute in a large pan in the butter and oil

  3. 3

    add artichokes and garlic and continue cooking 3 minutes

  4. 4

    stir in lemon juice, chicken broth, and creole seasoning. simmer 5 minutes. toss with pasta.
