Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 16 ozpackage of angel hair pasta
  2. 3chicken breasts
  3. 2garlic cloves, minced
  4. 1 tbspolive oil
  5. 2 tbspbutter
  6. 1 tbsplemon juice
  7. 1 canartichoke hearts, drained and chopped ** not the marinated kind
  8. 3/4 cupchicken broth
  9. 1 tspcreole seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    cook pasta per package directions

  2. 2

    slice chicken and saute in a large pan in the butter and oil

  3. 3

    add artichokes and garlic and continue cooking 3 minutes

  4. 4

    stir in lemon juice, chicken broth, and creole seasoning. simmer 5 minutes. toss with pasta.
