Ingredients

4 servings
  • 10Irish potatoes
  • 4sausages
  • 4carrots 🥕
  • 2green bell pepper
  • 4fresh pepper
  • Dashoregano
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1knorr cube
  • 3 tbspcanola oil
  • 1 cupcabbage diced
  • 1small onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel back of Irish potato, cube it wash and parboil in for 5mins drain and set aside, dice sausages and set aside

  2. 2

    Wash onion, green bell pepper, carrot, pepper and dice them to desired shape and set them aside

  3. 3

    Add salt, knorr cube, dash of oregano and then pepper stir after 2mins

  4. 4

    Heat up frying pan, add canola oil and once the oil is hot add onions and sauté then add sausages and potatoes stir carefully

  5. 5

    Serve and enjoy some potato porridge/ casserole

  6. 6

    Add carrot, cabbage and green bell pepper toss everything together and turn off heat after a minute
