Gather all ingredients.

Cut pork steak into 1 inch pieces. Trimming most of the fat off.

Put red Japanese peppers into skillet with tsp. of olive oil. OPEN WINDOWS AND TURN ON FAN! This is like pepper spray it will choke you! Cook on medium heat until peppers are brown to black.

Then add peppers, whole tomatoes, garlic and salt and pepper to blender. Blend until smooth.

Cook pork pieces on medium heat until crispy on the outside. About twenty minutes.

Once pork is crispy add sauce from blender enough to cover pork. Simmer about 15 minutes.

You're done serve with warm tortillas and rice. Yummy!
