Ingredients

1/3 cupHoney
2 tbspPrepared yellow mustard
1/8 tspground cloves
1/2 tspOnion salt
1/4 tspPepper
4Boneless pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick

Steps

In a small bowl, mix honey, mustard, cloves, onion salt, and pepper.

Heat a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat.

Add pork chops and cook 3 minutes on each side.

Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour the honey mixture over the pork chops.

Cover and cook 5-8 minutes or until pork is slightly pink in the center. Enjoy!
