Ingredients

  1. 4chicken breast
  2. 1salt & pepper to taste
  3. 1olive oil
  4. 1 packagesfresh mushrooms
  5. 1Marsala Wine
  6. 2 tbspbutter
  7. 1fresh flat leaf parsley
  8. 1flour for coating

Cooking Instructions

    Heat pan with olive oil

  2. 2

    Season chicken breasts with salt & pepper

  3. 3

    Salt & pepper flour

  4. 4

    Coat chicken with seasoned flour, shake off excess.

  5. 5

    Lightly brown chicken on both sides and remove

  6. 6

    Add mushrooms & saute for 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Add chicken back into pan and add 1/2 bottle of Marsala wine

  8. 8

    When it starts to bubble turn down and let cook on medium low heat for about 20 minutes.

  9. 9

    Add butter, incorporate take off the heat add parsley. ENJOY

Followed your recipe. Minus the large parsley & added cheese. Came out great!
