put half grated cheese on top of chilli sauce.

spread over sliced pork belly

mushrooms

sliced ham

dried squid

magic sarup

pour lechon sauce over the top evenly.

put pork crackle on top

and lastly put rest of cheese on top

and bake in a pre warmed oven of 200° c for 15 minutes
