Ingredients

  1. 1one pizza dough
  2. 1/2 cupsweet chilli sauce
  3. 1/2 cupdried squid dried and pounded to small pieces
  4. 100 gramspork belly thinly sliced and fried
  5. 1 cuppork crackle pounded to small pieces
  6. 200 gramsmozzarella cheese grated 100 grams for base 100 grams for final topping
  7. 1/2 cuplechon sauce
  8. 1 cupsliced mushrooms
  9. 1sachet magic sarup
  10. 200 gramssliced ham into small pieces

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    after making pizza dough which is easy to find on here, roll out to fit large size pizza tray.

  2. 2

    spread chilli sauce over base evenly up to the edges

  3. 3

    put half grated cheese on top of chilli sauce.

  4. 4

    spread over sliced pork belly

  5. 5

    mushrooms

  6. 6

    sliced ham

  7. 7

    dried squid

  8. 8

    magic sarup

  9. 9

    pour lechon sauce over the top evenly.

  10. 10

    put pork crackle on top

  11. 11

    and lastly put rest of cheese on top

  12. 12

    and bake in a pre warmed oven of 200° c for 15 minutes
