Prepare pasta according to package directions.

Sprinkle chicken with Cajun seasoning and 1 t salt. Melt 1/4 c butter in a large skillet over med-hi heat; add chicken and saute 5-6 minutes or until done. Remove chicken.

Add frozen pepper mixture and mushrooms to skillet and saute 9-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender and liquid evaporates.

Return chicken to skillet; stir in 1/2 and 1/2, next 3 ingredients and remaining 1/4 t salt. Cook, stirring often over med-lo heat 3-4 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Add pasta; toss to coat.

Serve immediately.
